I have just literally been thinking about this and I have easily chosen:

Barriade: They made the design, they better bloody put it to a good use Barriade would be an amazing addition to the decepticon cause on the show

Prowl: Again, they've made another beautiful design for him and should use it in the show. Team Prime need an Autobot with a sick shoved up their aft (love you really, Prowlie) and who will be extremely strict with everyone includin Optimus. That woudl certainly be amusing to watch.

Jazz: The bot built for badassery. Need I say more?

Ironhide: Ironhide is such a hot head and easily looses his temper, usaully shooting first before thinking. He could put Arcee to shame and i'd like to see that.

Perceptor: AT LEAST HE'S BEEN MENTIONED. But serioursly, we need to see Ratchet  look stupid compared to this guy. And he was in the Fall of Cybertron game so.....HINT.

Dinobots: Or at least Grimlock. He's too hilarious to leave out of the series. And he can kick ass.

Blitzwing: I know, I know, very unlikely but if he was to be I would hope that he will be like Animated. He could easily drive Knock Out crazy and get on Megatron's nerves

....and I think that's it for me. Wow, I'm so needy :shrugs: oh well, it's the producers fault for making them so amazing/handsome/sexy/hilarious/badass
